Pioneering research in herbal infusions
Corphes, in collaboration with FoodOxys, have conducted a groundbreaking experimental study to evaluate the impact of compounds found in “Botanicals” herbal infusions on the antioxidant defense of human gastric cells, cultured under controlled laboratory conditions.
The results
The bioactive compounds in “Botanicals” herbal infusions enhanced the antioxidant profile of cells by activating key defense mechanisms and preventing severe oxidative damage to critical biomolecules.
